Bubba's Baby Chick
Well Bubba came out of the chicken coup crying today. His baby chick died. The other chickens killed it and it was so sad! The joys of living on a farm can sometime be really tough. We borrowed and incubator and are going to try and hatch some eggs on our own. We will keep you posted!

Heaven Fest

I have tried several times all day to download this slide show to here and it just won't take it! SO WEIRD!!! So check this slide show out!
This weekend we went to Heaven Fest in Brighton, CO. It was an AMAZING time!
Heaven Fest is a one day christian music festival. There was 70 bands on 7 stages through out the day. Jeremy Camp was the highlight for me. We used to do summer camps with Jeremy Camp and when he went into a worship time it was like we were at camp all over again. It was AMAZING! The main event and HEADLINER band was Jesus Christ. They turned all the lights out except for a cross on stage and they began to blow shofar horns and kept inviting Jesus to come and reign in that place. It gives me the chills just writing about it. It was amazing. We went in to a time of worship, reading straight from God's Word, and prayer amd repentance. It was so amazing as the Holy Spirit came upon that place and ministered to people and accomplished His work for that day!
It was the best brithday present ever. We went just the four of us and we had such a great time. The boys did fall asleep towards the end of the night! It was great day and we enjoyed our time together.

Swimming Fun
Well I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures but we had a church swimming party at the Wauneta pool. We rented the pool out for a few hours and had a great time together! The moms and the kids all had a great time playing on the playground equipment. It was so much fun! Wauneta has the greatest playground ever. Then we had a bbq and got good and full before we went swimming! We had a blast swimming. They have 2 diving boards and a slide so it was ton of fun. It was fun watching the boys. We left that night going WOW, our boys are NOT babies anymore. There was years that we were confined to the shallow end but not anymore. The boys are doing flips off the boards and just are "FUN" to hang out with and participate with. The guys had a mean game of rugby going on at one point and it got fairly vicious!
After the pool part we went and sang Happy Birthday to Paige and had birthday cake. Then we played sand volleyball. It was a fun night and was cut off when the mosquito man came by spraying for mosquitos! Oh well all good times must come to an end!

L N L Racing
We were able to watch Llyod Meeske race on Friday night. The boys always get so excited when they get to see him race. We went down to the pits afterwards and Lynette was such a great tour guide. She let each of the boys get in the car and get all belted in and suited up ready to drive. They loved it!!!!!! Then she took us on top of the trailer where she watches and videotapes the races. We have such a great time visitng with Llyod and Lynette. We found out that we are not the only ones who NEVER sleep. We keep about the same late night schedules as they do! LOL!!!! :-) Thanks Llyod and Lynette....you guys are SO AWESOME!!!!
